The role is working term time only and fully remote (based in the UK), and is a part-time (6 hours per day), permanent position.
Working amongst a supportive and friendly team, as International Support Executive you will be responsible for calling schools across EMEA to inform them about the company's prestigious digital learning platform, and invite schools to an online demonstration to be conducted by one of the sales team. This is rewarding role where you will have the chance to interact and engage with different people and schools on a daily basis, helping them to fulfil their learning needs. Responsibilities will include:
- Using a CRM database to manage accounts
- Keeping information up to date and correct
- Accurately recording all activities and planning future tasks
- Calling and emailing prospective clients
- Using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to engage new leads
- Organising screen share demonstrations
- Managing your Account Executive's calendar
- Assisting Marketing with campaigns
The International Support Executive will be provided training and have on-hand support. A background in sales, telesales or telemarketing would be beneficial, as well as a proactive approach and excellent communication and organisation skills. Get in touch to find out more!
