Inventory Operations Analyst

Our client is a leading service provider to the publishing industry looking for an Inventory Manager to join the team, based in Central London 4 days a week with 1 day working from home, this is an amazing opportunity for a candidate with experience in inventory management; metadata and superb Excel skills to join a dynamic, driven team!

Must haves:

The preferred candidate will come with proven experience in an operations or inventory environment in an analytical role within publishing. Strong experience in using Excel is essential as you will be using this daily to create reports and provide information to support the sales team. An understanding of metadata is also important.

About you

This role will support a number of different sales functions across the business so experience in working with multiple stakeholders across different internal teams will be helpful. This is an integral role in providing analysis, reporting and inventory support to the sales team so an ability to work cross functionally, with initiative and excellent organisation skills will be essential.

The Role:

The Inventory Manager will ensure stock availability from the warehouse for their clients who are publishers, providing data and insights to ensure the sales team are able to achieve their goals. Working with stakeholders across the business on stock and metadata; you will also consistently assess processes, policies and systems for improvements - updating these where appropriate.
