Junior Content Analyst

Are you a dab-hand at coding and interested in digital content conversion?
A small digital team in a prestigious, award-winning publishing house are looking to recruit a Junior Content Analyst to work on digital publishing products developed mainly using XML.

Key responsibilities will include:
·Quality assurance testing & management of platforms
·Checking XML code against source text for errors
·Following automated and manual routines and checklists systematically to identify and rectify errors
·Inputting and checking metadata and taxonomy indexing to aid discoverability
·Testing online content across multiple platforms to identify any problems/issues
·Managing conversion to upload workflow for content sets on various platforms

Knowledge of XML in a publishing environment is a must, as well as a basic knowledge of HTML. Experience of working with highly structured xPath documents is also essential as is a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
