A fantastic Junior Contracts Executive opportunity has arisen within a stellar children's book publisher. Our client is looking for someone with experience in permissions/contracts to administer contracts for co-editions and be responsible for office administration and maintaining accurate records and filing systems. The role would be full-time, permanent and with hybrid working options (2-3 days in the London office).
The role would be responsible for:
- drafting international or licensed publishing agreements
- handling internal and external queries
- administering rights and permission requests
- inputting contract and agreement information into the company's database
- supporting the Business Affairs team
- helping the Finance team with invoices
You will have experience working in permissions/contracts and will be highly organised with great communication skills. You will have a strong knowledge of book publishing, subsidiary rights, permissions and copyright law. You will be able to navigate Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel as well as ideally having experience using Biblio.
