Key Account Administratior

Our client a UK's leading wholesale provider of customised book ranges to retail outlets is seeking to appoint an experienced Key Account Administrator, who has the passion, creativity and commercial acumen to support the buying function of the business.

Based in their Oxfordshire office and working within a dedicated team of 5, you will take responsibility for many key aspects of the administration along with supporting and communicating with a key clients and publishers.

Key Duties :

• Attending meetings with publisher's representatives
• Monthly customer meetings to ascertain ongoing requirements and plan future campaigns
• Maintenance of individual product lists
• Collating buying and publishing information
• Setting up and maintaining stock and supplier records
• Distributing new title information and data set up for supply chain
• Being the liaison between logistics partners and client
• General administration

If you are confident communicator both written and verbally with outstanding customer service, account management and a first class operator in MS office package (esp Excel) then please do get in touch.
