A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and customer-focused Key Account Director to join the London office of a highly successful Digital Education company.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role plays an integral part in driving business growth plans and developing new partnerships across the Higher Education landscape. This role is working with world-renowned academic institutions and senior level digital and EdTech decision makers. You will take a consultative approach to nurture and maintain excellent commercial relationships with University stakeholders and effectively manage their valuable accounts, as well as identify new opportunities for revenue growth. Through keeping abreast of market trends and digital developments in the Higher Education space you will become a trusted figure to key customers and be able to advise them of the opportunities available to help them achieve their goals.
The Key Account Director is a senior level role and will need the following skills:
·Strong experience in key account management ideally within the Higher Education Sector and with digital or data driven products
·Experience of developing strategic relationships with senior members of faculty
·PRoven record of high achievement
·ORganised and able to work with several accounts and conflicting deadlines efficiently
·Authentic interest in higher education and on line learning
·Brilliant presentation skills
·Collaborative in your approach and able to demonstrate excellent team working
