Key Account Manager

We are working with an impressive and expansive publisher of books and multimedia products to find a Key Account Manager to join their team in London. They are looking for a commercially driven and creative Salesperson to manage their key digital customer accounts, to build revenue and to promote their titles. The role is full-time, permanent and is offering a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the London office.

You will be:

  • Managing various key online accounts as the main point of contact and maintaining as well as building strong customer relationships
  • Working with Account and Marketing teams to devise considered commercial and marketing campaigns to drive sales
  • Promoting and pitching the publisher's titles and content
  • Producing sales reports and interpreting sales data (e.g. sales forecast; customer trends)

You will ideally have some account management across the book retailer/digital publishing landscape, strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for digital publishing will be advantageous. You are someone who thrives in a busy, sales environment with a balance of creative, entrepreneurial thinking behind the role. Being able to navigate Excel and to read data will be key to feed into the sales analyses.
