A leading trade publisher based in Central London is looking to appoint a Key Account Manager based in their International Sales team looking after Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting into the Head of Sales, your role will be to manage and maximise sales in key territories and be the international voice for the children's imprint. Key tasks will include: developing sales strategies, achievement of set sales, margin and profit targets with customers; managing the supply chain by building relationships with Marketing, Inventory Management and Distribution; providing comprehensive and regular feedback to the Sales team about the company's trading position; managing and developing relationships with all customers, identifying their custom publishing needs and offering solutions; and also adding value by providing market feedback on product trends to maximise the impact of our publishing programme.
The successful candidate must have relevant sales or publishing experience. You will be a customer orientated, commercially aware individual who is committed to achieving sales and margin targets. Confident and persuasive, you must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively. If you are interested in working with children's products this could be a fantastic opportunity for you!
