Knowledge Editorial Manager

A highly reputable professional membership body, leading in its field, is looking for an Editorial Knowledge Manager to work across a wide range of content, both print and digital, ensuring its timely delivery and high quality standards.

Knowledge is indeed power! And in this role you will be acting as the editorial manager and sub-editor to create content which goes onto empower the audience, a technically minded group of professionals which could include funders, partners, business leaders and governments among many others. Along with the support of your freelancers, you will bring technical content to life, turning it into engaging and valuable copy for the readers, ensuring its consistency, coherence and brand alignment. This will involve you adjusting and refining the tone of voice for each reader group, all the while keeping the content and message 'on brand'.

This role will suit someone who has worked on a range of content types, ideally for a global brand with multiple audiences. You will be able to communicate with a range of different people yourself as you will be liaising with freelancers, internal managers and their external networks of authors and advisory boards. You will have an excellent eye for detail and be absolutely passionate about the idea of content as a vehicle for knowledge enhancement.
