Lead Curriculum Developer
Could you lead a team to develop a digital curriculum toll for children? Would you like to work on lots of challenging and fast-paced projects? This highly successful educational learning company is looking to recruit a confident and driven Lead Curriculum Developer to help propel their curriculum offering and make a real difference to the way children learn.
The organisation are embarking on a new curriculum project and will be creating a maths and English digital learning tool. The role will work in a small team and will closely with external developers and authors who will support with content creation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the development of all curriculum content and quality control authored content
- Authoring content
- Working closely with the Project Manager, Data Scientist and Content Authors
- Working with other departments within the organisation
- Ensuring the product works for, and improves the offering for the company
This is a highly exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of curriculum design and delivery and create a tool that will allow children to make real progress in maths and English.
The successful person will have:
- Skills to analyse curriculum material and who is capable of working with a digital platform
- Experience of working in the education sector or educational publishing sector and have a passion for pedagogy
- Proven success in driving a time critical project
- Ability to demonstrate the necessary skills to author content
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong curriculum knowledge
