Lead Standards Development Manager
Our client, a large and well respected professional publisher, based in West London, publishes leading-edge reports supporting the needs of UK business and society at home and abroad. They are looking for a Lead Standards Development Manager to manage the standards portfolio across one of their sectors.
In this role, you will take responsibility for the building a networking of external stakeholders and be the expert in providing guidance to the Chair, participants and stakeholders at committee meetings, proactively develop systems to drive projects to deliver on time and on-target as well as developing marketing briefs on go to market planning.
To be successful in this role, you will have superb stakeholder management experience, strong project management skills and the ability to build a knowledge of a market or industry. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, you will have strong influencing skills with the ability to drive decision making and manage conflicts. In addition, you will ideally have an understanding of standards creation and development, a commercial mind-set and outstanding communication skills.
