HE Inside Sales Representative
A leading educational publisher is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their Higher Education Sales Department. This is a full-time position based in North Hampshire and would be ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in a telesales or similar sales role.
Key duties:
- Promote the sales of print and digital products across a specified subject list
- Achieve revenue targets for CLEMEA within the defined territory
- Implement sales strategy to drive adoptions and secure the renewal of existing business
- Coordinate and implement email and telesales activity to prospect sales leads
- Demonstrate and present digital and technology solutions to key HE stakeholders
- Act as main point of contact for customers and support the field sales team as needed
Experience / skills required:
- Prior experience in a telesales or similar sales role
- Educational publishing experience and/or experience selling print/digital products would be advantageous
- Excellent written, communication and IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
- Experience using CRM databases
- Strong organisational, time management and presentation skills
