Learning Executive

A leading academic publisher in central London is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Learning Executive to join their digital learning team. You will help develop and deliver new online data science courses within a fast-paced and supportive team.

 Key duties:

  • Be the main point of contact for the publisher and their platform provider
  • Respond to IT requests and troubleshooting queries from customers
  • Manage a portfolio of online courses, enrolling learners and assigning courses to them
  • Test new online products to ensure the high quality of all products and platforms
  • Contribute towards learner engagement strategy
  • Support the development and management of online material

 Experience / skills required:

  • Prior experience within an eLearning environment would be highly desirable
  • An interest in learning technology and data science
  • Excellent technology and IT skills (knowledge HTML and CSS would be advantageous) 
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
  • High attention to detail and an adaptable approach to learning new systems
