Library Sales Manager DACH

We are working with a prestigious independent academic publisher who is looking to appoint a new Sales Manager to cover Germany, Austria and Switzerland! This role will look after library clients in the assigned territories, managing these key relationships to drive sales revenue targets and growth across all library products.

This is a remote role with regular visits to the allocated regions (once restrictions allow so), and candidate will ideally be based in or looking to relocate to Germany.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing calling plans for our territories, ensuring regular visits and calls with key customers
• Working with the Library Marketing team to develop strategies to drive growth across all library products
• Developing good understanding of products, regions and competitions through internal training and market research
• Maintaining client records on CRM system

This role will suit someone who thrives in a consultative sales role, and who is curious to learn more about the library market. You will ideally be fluent in German and English, and be able to demonstrate great communication and negotiation skills.
