Export Sales Manager

We have a new vacancy for an Export Sales Manager to join the Little Tiger Groups’ Sales team, working across various sales channels with a primary focus on selling English language books across the world. You’ll be working across a huge and exciting range of novelty, picture, fiction & non-fiction titles.

We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who knows how to find new business and building on existing international sales. You’ll be a confident communicator, whether that’s negotiations, pitching and presenting, or working collaboratively with internal teams. You’ll also have leadership skills to help mentor, train and work with junior members of staff.

You will be curious, entrepreneurial and collaborative - a brilliant ambassador for our books who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an ideal candidate, you will be an effective leader, both in terms of contributing creatively to the strategy of the Export team, as well as working with other team members. You will be working closely with our distributors and agents across the world – flexible working approaches are key to the role.

You will have an existing range of contacts of international publishers and the ability to research & identify prospective new customers. Foreign travel to book fairs & customer visits is required and previous experience is an essential. We are a busy sales team - an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude is essential.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
