Senior Rights Manager

Do you have a flair for pitching and presenting? Are you an experienced negotiator?

We have a new vacancy for a Senior Foreign Rights Manager to join the Little Tiger Group's Rights team, working across various sales channels with a primary focus on selling Co-editions and Rights across the world. You’ll be working across a huge and exciting range of novelty, picture, fiction & non-fiction books.

We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who knows how to find new, develop and maintain customer relationships and will work hard to secure the best possible deals for our books. You’ll be a confident communicator, whether that’s negotiations, pitching and presenting, or working collaboratively with internal teams. You’ll also have leadership skills to help mentor, train and work with junior members of staff.

You will be curious, entrepreneurial and collaborative - a brilliant ambassador for our books who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an ideal candidate, you will be an effective leader, both in terms of contributing creatively to the strategy of the rights team, as well as working with other team members and their sales.

You will have an existing range of contacts of international publishers and the ability to research and identify prospective new customers. Foreign travel to book fairs and customer visits is required. We are a busy sales team - an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude is essential.

If this sounds like the next step for you, please apply with your CV and a covering letter to nbhatia@littletiger.co.uk by 4th November 2021.
