Commercial Reporting Analyst
This role sits within the new commercial insights area of our publishing operations department. You will report into the Publishing Operations Director and work closely with the commercial teams in sales and digital marketing to provide data-driven decisions that drive our digital growth strategy.
The core of the role is daily interaction with the commercial teams, matching data and insight skills with digital advertising, sales and marketing activity.
The Commercial Reporting Analyst will be able to demonstrate a strong analytical background, ideally within a sales and marketing environment. Experience of data analysis and BI tools is essential, and you should be skilled in communicating insights that lead to actions.
You will also collaborate with our Analytics team to get the most out of our established data and reporting architecture.
The successful candidate will have great attention to detail and a drive to produce insights that lead to more successful marketing and more sales.
- A degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience and qualifications, will show that you have the knowledge, skills and experience for the role.
- This role is a good next step from someone who has worked as a data, marketing or reporting analyst.
- You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to work with data and produce accurate reports that communicate actionable insights clearly and succinctly.
- Experience working between different teams would be an advantage, as it shows an ability communicate with diverse stakeholders and to create a bridge between the end result and the data and reporting requirements needed to get there.
This is a full time, permanent role, and will be based at our offices in Farringdon, London, with some flexibility to work from home each week.
Salary starting from: £35,000
