This leading educational publisher, with offices in Hampshire is looking to appoint a Manufacturing & Inventory Administrator to their Operations team. The role will be for 25 hours per week, 5-day week and can fit in with school hours. 1 day each week in the office and the remainder can be worked remotely. Strong numeracy and database skills are required in addition to your keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all orders are detailed and accurate with agreed costs, specifications and corrections
- Ensure printers receive most up to date and correct versions of files for press
- Manage all reprint titles/files through approved correction vendor
- Maintain good working relationships with suppliers
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will work with internal staff and suppliers to ensure that products are produced to a high quality and in a timely manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as is a proactive and flexible approach to tasks. On the job training will be supplied as necessary for all processes and systems.
