Market Research Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and curious market research professional to join a world renowned Educational publisher as Market Research Manager. As Market Research Manager, you will deliver a coherent research plan to help with decision making and strategic planning for the company's English Language Teaching (ELT) division. Responsibilities will include (amongst others):

  • Work closely with the Head of Research to collate, plan and manage the research pipeline
  • Design, execute and manage global quantitative and qualitative projects including briefing, execution, analysis, reporting writing and presentation to ensure objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and identify competitor and market trends
  • Review existing research processes and proactively look for ways to improve them.

The ideal Market Research Manager will be a customer-focused and detail oriented team player, with solid experience of market research methods, either through working in an agency or client-side. Experience in monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing rich insights from qualitative and quantitative market research data will be important. You will be a collaborative decision maker with excellent project management and communication skills. The ability to think outside the box and proactively solve problems is also key to this role.
