Marketing and Sales Cooordinator

Our client is a leading service provider to the publishing industry based in Central London, they are now seeking a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the Marketing & Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing customer service for all of their UK and European accounts. As the first point of contact, this role will handle all sales and customer service queries as well as being the initial point of contact for publishers with regards to Marketing support. This will include creating marketing campaigns, through print and social; provide publicity support to publishers; manage the events schedule and provide sales support to in-house sales departments and freelance UK/European sales teams whilst also providing UK office administration.

Working as part of a small team, this is a varied role which requires excellent organisational skills and a strong sense of initiative. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
