Marketing Assistant / Executive

Marketing Assistant /Executive, Midlands. A leading supplier of Audiobooks and Digital Services is looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to be responsible for marketing campaigns across their portfolio of fiction and non-fiction audiobooks. This is a very busy and rewarding position working across all channels including retail and libraries within the UK and French Markets.

Responsibilities will include:

• Targeted campaign creation for consumer and library markets (B2B & B2C)
• Events and Social Media
• Brochures and POS
• Research and Analysis - working closely with sales team
• Managing and maintaining website
• Develop relationships with French retailers to pitch titles
• Liaising with colleagues and key stake holders in the business
• Highly capable language skills, specifically French.

The ideal candidate will have some experience within the marketing department of a publishing house and be able to demonstrate a understanding of the potential markets for a diverse range of audiobooks. You will be tactically and strategically innovative about the best ways to bring the audiobooks to market. You will have creative flair, a passion for publishing, strong copywriting skills and be a confident and enthusiastic communicator.

This role is ideally 2/3 days in the office.
