Marketing Campaign Manager

We have a fabulous role for an experienced Campaign Marketing professional to work for a universal media brand in their new modern offices in London. The Marketing Campaign Manager will work on 2 of their market-leading brands which have multi-platform subscription services, awards, conference programmes, large marketing solution businesses and a host of other products.  We are looking for an exceptional Campaign Manager to create award-winning marketing campaigns and drive growth in subscriber numbers, to secure market share, recruit the right customers who stay with the brands for many years and to drive online engagement and usage for both individual and corporate customers.

Working across a number of their highly popular brands, the Marketing Campaign Manager will deliver brand enhancing, marketing communication programmes that drive customer numbers, and coordinate activity across multiple channels including email, web, print events and social media to ensure the message is consistent.

This role will also be responsible for measuring and reviewing performance within key ROI and KPI criteria and will use market intelligence and customer insight and analysis to increase understanding of their audiences and effectiveness of the campaigns.  The Campaign Manager will work with editorial, data, digital insight retention and corporate teams to use all tools, techniques and touch points to maximise sales effectiveness and create consistent campaign messages across all contact points.

The successful person will have proven experience in direct marketing, campaign management and ideally digital marketing (minimum of 4-5 years) within a similar B2B environment and will ideally have a knowledge of subscriptions marketing. You will have a good understanding of online audiences’ behaviour, needs and changing trends and will be able to work to deadlines, prioritising and setting clear measurable and achievable goals.  Proven experience of developing and managing strategic plans and budgets is essential as is the ability to spot opportunities and transform ideas into practical reality.  You will need strong analytical skills, with an understanding of web analytics.
