Marketing Communications Executive

A financial services company based in central London is looking for a creative Marketing Communications Executive to join their small and friendly communications team. This is an ideal role for a candidate with some experience in publishing, marketing or communications. This is a newly created role offering a lot of scope for development.

Key duties:

• Support the team with projects and events, liaising with different stakeholders
• Manage emails and contacts (mailing and contact lists, CRM, etc.)
• Monitor PR and social media
• Update content and website using CMS, MS Office, InDesign, etc.
• Google Analytics reporting
• Act as a point of contact for compliance aspects
• Provide general admin support to the team

Experience / skills required:

• Some experience in a publishing, marketing or communications role is required
• Solid working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel is essential
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Outstanding communicator with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
• A good eye for detail and ideally some writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop would be a plus but training will be provided
• A proactive and hands-on attitude with a collaborative and creative approach
