Our client is a leading professional publisher of legal products across print, digital and online resources. They are seeking a Data Analyst to be part of their Marketing Operations Team.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing Operations this role will be responsible for helping build customer insights and supporting the commercial goals of driving new business and retention of existing customers. This is an integral part of the business, managing Salesforce and PBI, attribution analysis and the continued improvement of the lead generation engine.
The ideal person for this role will be able to demonstrate the following:
- You will have solid technical proficiency and be proficient in the use of Advance Excel, Faststats, SalesForce Data Cloud, PowerBI, Smartsheets, Oracle Business Information, Google Analytics, and a basic understanding of API connectors
- You will have the ability to communicate and collaborate across functions
- You will have successful project management experience that drives operational excellence
- You will have a passion for finding problems and working to find solutions
Experience within a commercially driven and competitive environment will be beneficial for this role. Whilst not essential it would be great to hear from you if you have experience in the Legal Software Industry and have worked with Tableau, Demandbase or SFDC Administrative Skills.
