Marketing Executive

A leading publisher of high quality art and illustrated books, based in Central London is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a crucial role for the business and they are looking for an Executive who is both strategic and creative in their marketing approach.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing and analysing top notch campaigns for a range of fantastic titles across their list - including advertising, content marketing, social media and bookshop activities. The Marketing Executive will also be responsible for analysing all campaigns and feeding any insight back into future campaigns. This role will also have responsibility for preparing briefs for any campaign materials, creating presentations for the sales team; and project managing the production process for publicity materials.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a marketing role within publishing, arts and culture, entertainment or digital media with superb communication and copywriting skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential and some familiarity with InDesign and PhotoShop would be desirable. A passion for books, arts and culture is absolutely essential as well as an active interest in keeping up with new trends and ideas. You will be proactive and enthusiastic, highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines. A strong understanding of digital and content marketing as well as excellent analytical skills are essential.
