Marketing Executive

We have a superb opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a global publisher of consumer books and magazines, based in central London. You will support senior marketing colleagues with a range of marketing activities. This role would suit someone with some marketing experience in publishing who is looking for a new challenge and wants to further their career in an exciting and varied role.

 

Key duties:

  • Liaise with the external social media agency about titles for the UK and overseas
  • Regularly update company and product websites and the online shop
  • Write copy for promotional materials and brief designers
  • Analyse online statistics and create reports
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Assist with TV ad shoots
  • Keep up to date knowledge of competitor activity and products

Experience / skills required:

  • Marketing experience in publishing is desired
  • Digital or online marketing experience would be beneficial
  • Strong copy writing and proofreading skills
  • An enthusiastic and eager to learn attitude
  • Ability to work in a small team and support senior colleagues

Salary: £20-22K depending on experience
