Marketing Executive
We have a superb opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a leading academic publisher in central London. Working in the small and creative book marketing team you will use digital and offline marketing to reach out to students, lecturers and professionals. This is a great chance to develop your marketing and project management skills in a dynamic and innovative team.
Key duties:
- Manage the creation and scheduling of digital and offline marketing communications from initial brief through to deployment and reporting
- Develop and implement email campaigns, direct mail and sales support materials for specific subject lists
- Analyse and report on campaign performance and test new approaches
- Collaborate and share ideas and results with colleagues across the wider business
- Monitor competitor activity and keep up to date with market trends
Experience / skills required:
- Similar marketing experience, ideally in publishing, higher education, media or advertising
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working approach
- Highly organised and used to working to deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and design
- Analytical and able to interpret results and spot trends
- Familiarity with InDesign and Dreamweaver would be a plus
