Marketing Executive (Social Media)

Great opportunity for a Marketing Executive with excellent communication and organisational skills to help deliver marketing activities across our portfolio of products and provide support with content marketing and community engagement. To provide support for the product portfolio reporting to the Marketing Manager. Community Engagement on digital marketing, events, social media and community building activities. Conducting market research to gain customer insight for new products as they progress down the pipeline. Engaging with customers to obtain product feedback, testimonials, reviews and case studies. Maintaining and updating customer and partner databases via the CRM system. Assisting with the management of product email inboxes and responding to customer enquiries. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Marcomms and Marketing Services teams to deliver successful email campaigns. Providing event support for key events and conferences.

  • Proficient in MS Office packages
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Market research experience
  • Experience of successfully managing and growing social media accounts
  • Publishing sector experience advantageous not essential
