A major global publishing company is looking for a marketing superstar to join their newly created team to drive marketing activity for this new and innovative marketing team. Based in their offices in London or oxford, this is a fabulous role for a creative and passionate marketer looking to develop their career within a broad marketing role, as the Marketing Executive will plan, initiate and report on the full range of marketing activities to drive growth.
This role will involve:
- Managing customer communication campaigns including PR, events, webcasts and social media to keep customers informed and to generate new leads for the sales department.
- Developing content (case studies, video, brochures, and white papers).
- Plan, implement and report on results-orientated marketing campaigns
- Being an innovator – thinking of new and creative ways of positioning products
- Support market research to understand customer and market developments and trends.
- Work with product development and sales to launch new and next-generation products and service solutions.
- Manage a marketing budget effectively
To be successful the ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience in campaign management and successful brand building activities, including campaign analysis and results reporting
- A track record of successfully developing social media presence in a previous role
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strong copywriting skills
- Analytical ability – able to see trends and identify opportunities
- Ability to work with a ‘start-up’ mind-set
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge and experience of using social media management and multimedia tools could be an advantage
