Marketing Executive (temporary)

A global educational publisher is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their marketing team on a temporary basis from December until the end of August 2022. This can be based remotely from anywhere in the UK, although occasional attendance to the Oxford office would be helpful.

As Marketing Executive you will develop and deliver key internal and customer facing training materials and marketing collateral to ensure an optimised migration of customers to a new digital platform. Responsibilities will include:

  • Brief video walkthroughs for the new platform, working closely with third party supplier who will provide core content
  • Brief new webpages on the new platform featuring high level overview, key benefits, links to support materials and FAQs; identify and brief changes on existing webpages as required
  • Support the development of sales enablement materials including creation of new sales tools, updating existing tools and creating engaging presentation materials
  • Liaise with delivery team to ensure that new platform support site is optimised for customer use
  • Create and send segmented customer facing comms in line with agreed campaign plan
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all materials and correct application of branding
  • Work closely with migration project team to identify and create additional support materials that may be required

As temporary Marketing Executive you will have solid experience in executing marketing plans and implementing multichannel campaigns to different audiences well as strong copywriting and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organisation and project management skills will also be key. Experience within the education sector would be beneficial.
