Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager | Trade | Oxfordshire.

An established Trade publisher, with offices in Oxfordshire, is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager who will manage and coordinate marketing activities to promote books to the Christian and general markets. Developing the marketing planning and policy you will manage all book marketing activities; manage the freelance PR activity to support author media relations and will take responsibility for all marketing related social media. Supervising two reports, you will direct the work of the marketing team members and will liaise with internal colleagues and departments.

The company publishes accessible titles within the adult and children's sector, which reflect a Christian worldview to a general audience in addition to resources for Christian families and communities.

Able to think creatively and strategically, you will have excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills. You will need to identify strongly with the Christian mission of the company, be highly numerate and proficiency with InDesign is desirable but not essential.

Due to the nature of the publications involved, this role has a Genuine Occupational Requirement to be a practising Christian.
