Marketing Manager

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, customer-focused Marketing Manager to join an innovative Education Technology company based in Oxford. Our client offer a competitive salary and an excellent opportunity to develop a career in an EdTech environment.

The Marketing Manager, based in Oxford, will be working amongst a friendly and ambitious team; as Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the planning and management of marketing campaigns whilst play a key role in the company's success through ensuring the continued growth of the online subscription sales, and driving increased renewal rates. The remit of the Marketing Manager also includes: keeping abreast of competition, as well as trends and developments in the EdTech space, and feeding back relevant information into the business; managing, training, mentoring and developing a small account management team; working closely with team members to ensure high level customer satisfaction, a smooth customer journey and user experience; and alongside the MD and management team you will input into the company strategy to help meet long term goals, and maintain a highly motivated and positive working culture.

The successful Marketing Manager will be someone who can devise marketing strategy and implement it to bring in new leads, whilst also confidently manage a small account management team. You will be a hard working, self-starter with experience in an online subscription business ideally, and knowledge of, or a background in, the education sector, or educational publishing would be a great advantage. You will be numerate with an enthusiasm for data analysis, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
