Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading professional membership body based in the City of London. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join them, responsible for devising and delivering the marketing and brand strategy to increase member engagement and retention.

Working collaboratively across the organisation, the Marketing Manager will be tasked with implementing marketing campaigns which will support the achievement of revenue targets from individual and corporate subscriptions. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop strategic, innovative and effective marketing and brand plans using data, research and industry best practice
  • Plan, manage and implement marketing campaigns and activity to encourage membership growth, renewal and retention
  • Use data and insight to inform campaign development and communicate key opportunities with relevant stakeholders across the organisation
  • Act as a brand champion for marketing and brand activity
  • Lead the creation of brand and marketing materials across all channels

The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading, implementing and measuring marketing activities in a professional services, membership, subscription or CPD environment. With a demonstrable track record in achieving commercial goals through content, brand and multichannel marketing including CRM, email, digital, social and print you will be a true marketing specialist. This role will be required to work with a number of internal and external stakeholders, as well as other marketing specialists across the organisation so strong stakeholder management experience is key.
