Our client is a highly respected B2B media publisher based in Central London with an excellent reputation for delivering innovative, and meaningful insight for their industry across magazines, exhibitions, conferences, awards, data and digital publishing. We are now looking for a Marketing Manager with responsibility for managing the visitor and exhibitor marketing for their food and drinks offering, specifically focusing on the wine trade. Currently working remotely this organisation will be returning to a hybrid model working 2 days a week in the London office.
The overall aim of this role is to maximise trade visitor quality and quantity, supporting the sales team by driving exhibitor and sponsor leads and managing external suppliers including registration, designers online event platforms, printers, data houses and more through engaging, creative and data led marketing activity.
The successful candidate will have experience across the full marketing mix to include email, social media, events, exhibitor marketing, website, data and events registration. You will have responsibility for creating and implementing a marketing plan across the full channel mix, including branding to secure an increase in visitors year on year across both live events and virtual as well as increased engagement with events activity. Experience in events marketing is essential, whilst experience within the food and drink sector is not essential - an interest and passion for this sector is important.
