Our client is an independent publisher of academic and professional books and digital products. They are based in London and have created a brand new role for a Marketing Manager to join their team!
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will manage a small team of two Marketing Executives. We are looking for a creative and innovative marketeer with experience in marketing non-fiction, business books or academic books. You will have examples of creative brand partnerships and be naturally enthusiastic about marketing books to a professional or business audience. In this role you will also have the opportunity to manage a team, so being able to problem solve is a must. If you haven't managed yet but are keen to we would still be very keen to hear from you.
We are looking for someone with solid marketing skills and experience within publishing. You will come with experience of managing book campaigns, and also creativity, ideas, drive and be a inspiration to your team. You will be supported by your line manager, who is fantastic and looking forward to hiring someone they can develop and encourage to grow, whilst having a productive, fun and successful working relationship.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a step up and move into people management or to move to a role where you get to work with fantastic authors, and established team.
