Marketing Manager

A wonderful opportunity has come up for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a prestigious academic publisher leading and directing the marketing and campaign strategy across one of their science book lists. In this role you will identify key topics, products and target areas to drive engagement across your list.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience managing and leading global teams in delivering strong marketing campaigns and events! As well as managing your own team you will also be working with key stakeholders, researchers, authors and other teams in sales and editorial so clear and effective communication is key for this role with the ability to forge strong relationships.

The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy the analytical side as well as the strategic side of marketing, with a key focus on reporting and sharing up to date market knowledge and implementing change where needed to ensure product success. Experience in publishing would be beneficial for this role as well as a strong understanding of marketing to a range of audiences and negotiating with external customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self motivated marketing leader to take on their next challenge looking after a great list and team! This role offers hybrid working flexibility with their main offices being located in Oxford.
