Marketing Manager

We have a fantastic new role of Marketing Manager to develop, manage and implement the marketing campaigns for a prestigious, global Educational publisher. Hybrid working is an option, where the successful candidate will be required to spend 2 days per week in the company's Oxford office.

The Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to define strategies and deliver marketing campaigns for UK Schools educational resources or areas of thought leadership. As Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create and deliver marketing strategies and plans for agreed educational resources
  • Devise, deliver, monitor and report back on integrated marketing campaigns
  • Keep up to date on customer and market information considering how it impacts the resources and campaigns
  • Brief internal colleagues to help you deliver your plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to produce the best results for your campaigns and resources.

The ideal Marketing Manager will be a creative, customer-focused Marketing professional with experience in developing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns. Experience and/or knowledge in marketing fundamentals such as use of data, KPIs, customer journey, would be really valuable; knowledge of the UK Education sector would also be a bonus but not essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills along with the ability to prioritise your workload are all important.
