We are looking for a creative marketeer with good grasp of the full marketing mix (print and digital), to join the team of a lovely Academic publisher of books, journals and research toolkits. The role can be fully remote, and it will work across a range of publishing products and services to drive awareness and commercial success of the portfolio.
The Marketing Manager will be accountable for:
- Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing strategy for product and services
- Creating a variety of content and leading the social media strategy for assigned areas
- Collaborating with sales teams, supporting them with product information, marketing collateral and guidance around compelling content
- Measuring and reporting on campaigns performance, targeting market segments with integrated campaigns to generate leads
- Collaborating with colleagues in other departments including content acquisitions, product development, and sales to ensure marketing feeds into the wider strategy
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of marketing channels and techniques, and will be able to apply this knowledge to the academic publishing market.
