Marketing Manager
We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a prestigious STM publisher in central London. You will work closely with a global team of marketing specialists to develop marketing strategies for a large portfolio of books and journals in the Engineering/Materials list.
Key duties:
- Lead multi tactic, author focussed marketing campaigns within the Engineering/ Materials portfolio
- Create, plan and implement strategies using the full marketing mix
- Regularly report on and analyse the success of campaigns
- Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns are implemented to schedule
- Coordinate and attend exhibits at conferences worldwide and keep abreast of industry trends
Experience / skills required:
- Solid marketing experience in a global publishing environment
- Broad knowledge and experience in STM, academic or professional publishing
- Proven track record of delivering successful results-oriented campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
