Marketing Manager

A leading independent trade publisher in central London is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to work on their award winning non-fiction list. You will work with high profile names as well as debut authors across an exciting range of titles, including biography, history, current affairs and popular science.

 

Key duties:

  • Implement and manage innovative marketing campaigns and brand strategies for non-fiction imprints
  • Participate at weekly acquisition meetings and present campaigns to key stakeholders at quarterly meetings
  • Manage budgets for individual titles
  • Liaise with media agencies and brief design teams
  • Produce promotional materials for retail sell-in
  • Pursue partnerships with third parties
  • Line manage a Senior Marketing Executive

Experience / skills required:

  • Marketing experience in non-fiction trade publishing is essential
  • Strong online marketing and social media knowledge
  • First class communication and presentation skills
  • A good eye for detail and design
  • Ability to use InDesign and Photoshop will be beneficial
