Marketing Manager

A Marketing Manager position has become available at an award-winning independent trade publisher of literary fiction and non-fiction in central London. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive who wants a step up or a Marketing Manager looking for a new challenge. 

 

Key duties:

  • Create and deliver innovative online and offline marketing campaigns for a range of literary fiction, non-fiction, crime and young adult books
  • Plan and implement social media activity
  • Work with in house designers to create marketing collateral and POS for bookstores
  • Identify potential partners for cross-promotional activities
  • Work closely with sales and publicity colleagues
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of retail trends and competitor activity 

Experience / skills required:

  • Marketing experience in trade publishing is essential
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the UK book market  
  • Social media expertise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales experience would be a bonus

 

Salary dependent on experience
