Marketing Manager x 2

A global Educational publisher based in central Oxford is looking for 2 Marketing Managers to join their Primary and Secondary school marketing teams. The successful candidates will have previous experience managing projects and budgets, with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload and work well within a team.

Key duties:

  • Work with Publishers to deliver content from initial product stage up to publication.
  • Manage marketing campaigns and help to increase brand awareness.
  • Devise, monitor and deliver integrated marketing strategies.
  • Delegate, manage and monitor work set to internal staff and freelancers.
  • Maintaining awareness of the market and ensuring that a contingency plan is put in place in response to market changes.   
  • Manage departmental marketing projects.

Experience / skills required:

  • Marketing Experience gained through senior marketing positions.
  • Previous experience working in Educational or Academic publishing is highly desirable.
  • Passion for marketing in the education sector.
  • Excellent Organisational, communication and team work skills.
  • Line management experience is desirable.
