A lovely independent children's publisher are looking for a Marketing Officer to manage, develop and implement their marketing strategy, joining on a permanent basis and based in London.
As Marketing Officer key responsibilities will include: contributing to marketing and campaign strategy, writing engaging copy for a variety of promotions and media, monitoring campaign budgets and analysis. You will collaborate closely with publicity, design and external agencies and be a key contact for marketing across the business as well as to authors and illustrators
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in marketing with strong consumermarketing skills preferably within children's publishing however candidates with relevant skills and experience from other areas such as education will also be considered. You must have first class communication skills with proven ability to liaise on all levels and a solid understanding of content management systems. You will have a good eye for design and you should have strong copywriting skills and a passion in promoting children's books.
