Marketing Operations Manager

A fantastic STM publisher is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join their team to maximise their journals subscriptions and promote their books list. They are aiming to deliver complete marketing campaigns to drive book sales across the portfolio as well as increase engagement with journal articles and the uptake of paid Open Access articles, so knowledge of the OA area is required.

Marketing across the whole publishing portfolio, this will be a varied and exciting position, with a range of duties to include:

  • Maintaining the website content
  • Curating metadata
  • Utilising analysis and reports for all marketing activities
  • Raising awareness of publishing initiatives through press releases
  • Working to and managing budgets
  • Identifying areas for development with and skills gaps
  • Direct line management of a Sales & Marketing Operations Assistant
