Our client is a world class legal publisher based in Central London, they now looking to hire a Marketing Program Manager to join their business. This is a technical marketing role and will be responsible for developing the plan to ensure solid implementation of centralised marketing programs across the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities will include:
·plan the execution plan for the centralised marketing program activity
·Implement central marketing campaigns across all channels to time and budget
·be the expert on campaign execution and have the technical ability to confidently use marketing automation systems to build journeys, and automated workflows
·develop testing plans that allow for continuous learning and improvements
·report key KPI's and campaign performance
·drive continuous improvement ensuring there are key processes in place for campaign delivery
·develop formalised documentation, processes and procedures and A/B testing strategies
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering projects that drive growth and creating marketing programs using marketing automation technology and data selection. The Marketing Program manager must have technical expertise using Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including look ups and pivot tables and a knowledge of SQL / MS Access.
