Marketing Specialist

An exciting new role, of Email Marketing Specialist, has arisen with a chartered body / charity for the project profession. Reporting to the Communications Manager this role will be a vital part of the organisations strategy for communicating with its members and the wider project management community.

We are seeking a talented individual who can create compelling campaigns that enrich the members' experience and promote the benefits of membership to wider audiences, whilst also using data-led insights to drive continuous improvement.

If successful you will be responsible for the creation and management of email communication campaigns and serving as the go-to specialist for colleagues who have queries or suggestions. You will also work closely with the Marketing Manager and many other stakeholders across the organisation, to implement recommendations arising from recent audit of email communication.

You will ideally have completed a degree in a marketing or technology-related discipline, have at least three years' experience in a similar role and ideally would have previously worked for a charity or membership organisation and successfully worked in / alongside a creative role, such as copywriting or graphic design.

It would be essential to have knowledge of email marketing tools (ideally DotMailer), familiarity with online analytics tools and also with CRM systems (ideally Pro CRM).
