Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering customer focused marketing campaigns and strategies, to drive customer loyalty and growth.
• Define customer profiling based on previous data
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, customers and potential customers
• Attendance at conferences and exhibitions
• Carry out customer facing activities
• Undertake and support market research

The successful person will have:

• Strong experience from a similar marketing background
• Strong experience of customer centric marketing and using CRM tools and systems (essential)
• Passionate about delivering successful customer retention and campaigns
• Ability to work effectively across varied marketing platforms
• Direct marketing experience and a good track record in creating and rolling out targeted data driven marketing campaigns
• Strong marketing background, covering both on and off line
