Michael O’Mara Books is a leading independent publisher, well known for our list of innovative non-fiction, as well as our award-winning children’s books under the Buster Books imprint and the LOM ART list of exciting artist-led books.
Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist
3 or 4 days a week
We are looking for an experienced specialist to develop our digital marketing strategies, and manage our social media, website and mailing lists.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a social media and digital marketing strategy that elevates our online presence and grows our brands
• Manage and ensure best practices for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter et al. across the company
• Write engaging, search-engine-optimised copy and design appealing content for our social media, mailing lists and website to build communities
• Grow and monetise both consumer and trade mailing lists
• Utilise analytics like Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimise and demonstrate performance
• Manage our digital marketing budget
For this position you will need:
• Minimum 3 years’ professional digital marketing experience, including administration of Facebook/Meta Business Manager and content creation
• Experience of relevant tools including Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Sprout Social and Google Analytics/Trends/Search Console
