A leading trade publisher based in Central London is looking to appoint a highly organised Office administrator / PA to join their team. This is a pivotal position providing support to the office, CEO and MD
The ideal applicant will be from a creative background and is able to demonstrate working knowledge of diary management, ability to multi-task, experience with using word, excel and outlook on a daily basis and is able to schedule changes at short notice. They will have a calm, positive and efficient approach to their work and be able to work to strict deadlines.
* Diary management
* Booking meetings both internally and externally
* Providing Organisational Support / Office Administation
* Draft communication/responses on behalf of the CEO
* Correspondence both letter and email based
* Create and circulate meeting agendas
* Take minutes
* Maintaining the publication schedule

* Proven PA and Admin or office management.

* Tech Savvy
* A flexible and professional work attitude with the ability to work under pressure
This is a fantastic opportunity for a current office administrator who is looking for a new role in which they can work hard from day one and utilise their organisational and system skills. Reporting to the senior management team, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills some knowledge of Hr and be able to take direction quickly and carry out tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced office.
