Graduate Online Product/Outreach Executive (Academic Publishing)

Exiting opportunity to join this prestigious publishing house to assist libraries in improving awareness and engagement of their purchased products and in addition supporting end users directly.

Working in a growing Outreach department, you will be positioned between Sales, Marketing and Editorial teams working cross-departmentally to assist in continuous improvement of products.  Create and deliver presentations, webinars, support documents and workshops to provide guidance to librarians, academics and students on resources and to gather user feedback. Attending faculty conferences.
